Are the excursions suitable for anyone?
Our excursions are designed to a wide range of physical fitness and ages, and difficulty may also vary according to your needs.
However, please let us know in advance if you have reduced mobility, cardiovascular and/or respiratory system issues or other types of disabilities.
What is the most suitable clothing for an excursion on Etna?
It depends on the season and weather conditions but please be aware that, because of the higher altitude, temperature may be might be 10/15° C less than in Catania.
We therefore advice a layered clothing with comfortable high-necked shoes or sports shoes suitable for at least light trekking. It is also possible to rent trekking shoes before starting the excursions.
Which languages are available?
Our excursions are available in Italian and English. For other languages (German, French or Spanish), contact us in advance to check the availability of our guides.
What in case of bad weather conditions?
We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange whether the tour should be postponed or canceled. In case of cancellation, there won’t be any costs for you.

How to get there:
From Catania: by following the A18 motorway in the direction of Messina (Viale Mediterraneo) and taking the exit for Paesi Etnei.
From Messina: by taking the A18 motorway in the direction of Catania and after the tolls, taking the exit for “Catania Centro/San Gregorio”; keeping to the left in the direction of San Gregorio and following the signs;

How do I know if a reservation is confirmed?
Once your booking has been made, your reservation will be confirmed by our team who will contact you as soon as possible (by mail or telephone).
How can I pay for the tour?
Payment will be made in cash the day of the excursion. A advance deposit is not required.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel the reservation without charge. Please inform us as soon as possible by e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or by phone/SMS/Whatsapp (+39 370 3638980).
Is the "Pickup" service available?
Yes, your assigned guide will come and pick you up at your accommodation and drop you off at the same location at the end of the activities.
Pick-ups and drop-offs are available all over the area within the Catania province. For other locations, do not hesitate to contact us.
